Job Description
- 8+ years of experience developing endpoint, network, or cloud security solutions.
- Expertise in building and maintaining security solutions across Windows and/or macOS.
- Strong understanding of data security challenges, particularly in cloud access and data protection.
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Objective-C, with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Experience writing multi-threaded, multi-platform applications.
- Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms to ensure efficient and optimized code.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or macOS at the system level, including file systems and OS fundamentals.
- Experience in developing client/agent technologies, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Strong adherence to Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality code.
- Ability to design, develop, and validate modules and features through rigorous testing.
- Familiarity with desktop UI frameworks like Cocoa (macOS) or MFC (Windows) is a plus.
- Experience in developing client-facing security applications is advantageous.
- Understanding of cryptography techniques for secure communication and data protection.
- Proficiency in handling web data formats like JSON, XML, and MIME for seamless data exchanges.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with product management, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate transparently.
- Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and unit testing frameworks.
- Additional expertise in desktop UI development (Cocoa for macOS, MFC for Windows).
- BS in Computer Science or a related field (required).
- MS in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred).
