Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager located in Indore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth. What Youll Do: As a Sales Manager at Altin Teksol, you will lead and manage our sales efforts in the Public Cloud domain (AWS, Azure, M365) and Cyber Security products. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and building long-term relationships with clients to drive results. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals focused on Cloud and Cyber Security solutions. Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals. Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, and public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, M365), and Cyber Security products. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Who You Are: Proven experience in the Public Cloud domain, including AWS, Azure, and M365. Strong understanding of Cyber Security products and solutions. Experience in team management and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Result-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets. Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
