Minimum of five years of experience in the IT industry, supporting technologies such as Microsoft Azure and O365, Linux, Networking (LAN, WAN, & VPN environments), Cloud, and private IaaS platforms. Exposure to Security Governance and Compliance programmes, including but not limited to ISO27001 and NIST CSF. A sound knowledge of cyber security best practices, common attack and exploit types and detection / prevention / containment methods. A passion for excellent service delivery and customer service. Impeccable communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.,
