Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - ITSM/ Cybersecurity / software applications focused on acquiring new accounts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for daily sales activities, prospecting new clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals. This role is located in New Delhi. Key Responsibilities In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, industry processes, and market trends Strong network within technology groups and leadership teams of prospective clients of Large corporates, Enterprise and BFSI customers. Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with executive leadership and decision-makers from client organizations. Excellent consultative sales, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Highly motivated, target-driven, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals. Proficient in lead generation and MS Office applications. Sales skills with a focus on ITSM/Cybersecurity/software applications Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Role Requirements Analyze the potential of the territory/market to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Generate customer leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and meetings. Present, promote, and sell IT solutions, and services to both existing and prospective customers, including cross-selling and upselling. Conduct cost-benefit and demand analyses to meet customer needs effectively. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to drive sales growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines. Track and report on sales leads, performance metrics, and targets. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and other team members to coordinate sales efforts. Provide management with insights on industry trends, customer needs, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for new products and services. Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends in the industry. Continuously improve sales performance through feedback and self-development. Experience working on large deals will be an advantage.
