Job Description
- The AI Automation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and automation processes that enhance business operations. This role requires expertise in AI algorithms, automation frameworks and software development to streamline tasks and improve operational efficiency through the integration of AI technologies. Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize processes and work flows. Design and develop automation learning models to predict trends, detect anomalies, and provide data-driven insights. Create algorithms and scripts that automate routine tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in systems and processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the objectives and requirements, ensuring AI solutions align with business goals. Integrate AI and automation tools with existing systems and platforms. Conduct testing and debugging of automation systems to ensure proper functionality. Optimize performance of AI models by fine-tuning parameters and improving computational efficiency. Develop and maintain data pipelines for automation learning applications and automation processes. Document AI automation solutions, including code, processes, and workflows for team collaboration and future reference. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and tools, continually improving the development process. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Proven experience in AI and automation development. Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++ Minimum 1-2 years of experience with automation frameworks such as MAKE, Zapier , M8N Knowledge of data processing, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
