Role Description This is a full-time Hybrid role for an Informatica MDM Developer located in Bengaluru. The Informatica MDM Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Master Data Management using the Informatica MDM tool. This includes designing, developing, and deploying MDM solutions to meet business needs and improve data quality. Responsibilities: Experience with MDM tools and processes as an Informatica MDM developer 3+ years on Hands-on experience on Supplier Master (Supplier 360 is preferred) Data Quality principles related to validation, enrichment, standardization Defines, documents, and maintains the data quality rules for assigned Master Data elements Create & establish master data policies, strategies & programs to ensure data accuracy & completion Design, development, testing, and deployment of MDM objects including hierarchies, workflows, match & merge, survivorship rules, data import / export, batch processes, visualization, and user interface design Ability to analyse data structures & patterns using SQL for Data Profiling Experience in handling multiple types of data ingestion (batch, real-time) with knowledge on SOAP/REST API Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience Other Skills Work experience on MDM Masters such as Customer Master, Product Master, Vendor Master Providing technical leadership in evaluating, prototyping, and evolving the MDM framework in relation to enterprise analytics Manage the processing of master data requests as well as performing MDM change request projects Proactively works with Master Data Process Domain Leads (data stewards) and other team members utilizing innovative and resourceful tactics to harmonize and streamline master data quality processes and controls across multiple domains Works with data Architects, engineers, and product owners to develop detailed technical architecture patterns for Master Data initiatives and system coherence Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous and business challenges while working on multiple projects Should be able to build and maintain effective analytics and escalation mechanisms that detect poor data and drive resolution.,
