Senior Laravel Backend Developer / Lead Job in @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of backend developers to deliver high-quality projects on time. Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Laravel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and project managers, to define and implement project requirements. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve development processes. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges effectively with stakeholders. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed across the team. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Laravel development with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of database management, API development, and web services. Hands-on experience in developing scalable and secure backend solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.,
