- Job Title: Senior RPA Developer - Blue Prism Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5 to 7 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview: Were looking for a Senior RPA Developer with strong experience in Blue Prism. If you love working with automation, programming, and databases, wed love to have you on our team! What Youll Do: Develop RPA Solutions: Use Blue Prism to build automation solutions that meet business needs. Manage Projects: Handle all steps of RPA projects, from planning to launching. Work with Stakeholders: Team up with business partners to find ways to automate tasks and improve processes. Maintain Systems: Keep existing RPA systems running smoothly and fix any issues that come up. Integrate Systems: Connect RPA solutions with other software, including older mainframe systems. Mentor Team Members: Help and guide junior RPA developers. Document Work: Create clear documentation for all RPA processes and solutions. Skills and Experience Needed: Blue Prism Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on work with Blue Prism. Programming Skills: Knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, or Python. API and Database Knowledge: Comfortable working with APIs and databases. OCR Tools: Experience with OCR tools is a plus. Mainframe Experience: Familiarity with mainframe applications is a bonus. Project Experience: Proven track record of completing RPA projects successfully. Soft Skills: Problem-Solving: Good at analyzing and solving problems. Communication: Able to explain technical details clearly to others. Teamwork: Can work well on your own or with a team. Attention to Detail: Focused on producing high-quality work. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
