- Job Description We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our client's AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and optimizing prompts that enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs) and other AI-driven applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine AI model responses and develop innovative solutions. Roles And Responsibilities Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize AI/ML model performance, particularly LLMs. Collaborate with AI teams to understand model behavior and improve response generation. Develop prompt engineering strategies for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI applications. Research and apply best practices in prompt engineering to enhance AI outputs. Experiment with different prompt structures to maximize relevance and accuracy. Analyze model outputs and refine prompts based on insights. Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate prompt engineering into AI development. Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, particularly LLMs, generative AI, and NLP. Skills And Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech-CS/IT) or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent. 3-4 years of experience working with AI/ML models, focusing on prompt engineering or related areas. Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, and NLP models. Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques. Expertise in prompt design and fine-tuning model responses for AI-powered applications. Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Strong analytical skills for evaluating model performance and optimizing prompts. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking about AI model outputs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams (ref:hirist.tech),
