Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a well-connected and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to enhance developer engagement and promote the adoption of our client's Blockchain AI Agent platform. In this role, you will focus on inspiring developers to create innovative AI agents using innovative technology. This position requires a unique combination of relationship-building skills, strategic insight, and a robust network within the AI and blockchain sectors. Location: India (preferably candidates from IIT) Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and nurture relationships with developers, founders, and key influencers in the AI and blockchain fields. Effectively communicate the platforms value to developers and startups, fostering adoption and exploring new applications for AI agents. Organize and attend industry conferences, meetups, and networking events to enhance the platform's visibility. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with developer communities, startups, and academic institutions. Gather and relay market insights to internal teams to inform product development and enhance platform features. Qualifications: Strong network and knowledge of the AI and blockchain ecosystems Bachelor's or Master's degree from a prestigious institution (such as Stanford, IITs, or equivalent), with demonstrated leadership in student organizations (e.g., Blockchain Club, Entrepreneurial Societies). 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within high-growth startups or technology firms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
