Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of IT projects, from initial client requirements gathering to successful delivery and user onboarding. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, working closely with various teams, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation as a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for developers, QA testers, and other team members. Guide team members on project workflows, best practices, and user experience (UX) optimization strategies. Design and create wireframes to visualize project functionality and anticipate potential challenges. Mentor junior team members and provide them with ongoing support. Collaborate with team leads to track project progress, manage timelines, and identify potential roadblocks. Partner with QA testers and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables. Manage client change requests, enhancements, and updates. Create clear and concise Meeting Minutes (MOMs) and User Manuals for comprehensive project documentation. Conduct regular progress update calls with the CEO and key stakeholders. Facilitate effective workload distribution and team collaboration. Recruit new team members during periods of high project volume. Manage project tasks using Trello to maintain transparency and ensure accurate project planning. Foster strong working relationships with Graphic Designers, Web Designers, Digital Marketers, Android, iOS, Flutter, PHP, .NET, Full Stack Developers, QA teams, and Blockchain teams. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in an IT environment (or a related field). Proven ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into clear project plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with project management tools such as Trello or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for technology and user experience (UX) design principles.
