- Job Description: Assistant Technical Project Manager Role Overview- We are looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant Technical Project Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Execution: Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with goals. 2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure project success. Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues. 3. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing concerns. Translate technical details into client-friendly language. 4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure project compliance with scope, time, and budget constraints. 5 Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. 4-6 years of experience in technical project management or a related role. Hands-on experience with technologies like Blockchain, AI, or Web/Mobile Development is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client-oriented with a focus on delivering quality solutions. Tools and Technologies: Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
