Job Description
- Role: Senior Analyst/ Lead Analyst Corporate Research Purpose: Lead competitive intelligence and custom research deliveries by leveraging various research frameworks and methodologies. Work closely with Senior Manager and above, Line of business head, to deliver research deliverables Responsibilities: Should be able to do develop a detailed framework-based approach for competitive intelligence related custom research work Should be able to translate qualitative information into quantitative scores, ranking and other indicative outputs Candidate should be well versed with new emerging technologies such as AI, Enterprises app, cybersecurity, blockchain, Cloud and others Well versed with syndicate research / report writing as well to some extent Deliver projects on time and maintain high quality standards of the deliverables Exposure to working as an individual contributor capacity is a must to have quality Comprehend and monitor market insights across TMT/ ICT sectors Actively engage in internal and external client interactions, KOL interviews, proposal development, and client scope of work Managing the delivery of training and development program Good organizational, Team Management, time management and project management skills. Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client. To provide sales support in addition to regular project delivery work to senior management on need basis Experience & Skills 5-7+ years experience in a research / consulting domain Candidates having bachelors in engineering, MBA will be preferred Should have managed a team in the past. Hands-on experience in Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Market research, Report creation, corporate strategy, Project Management/Planning, Consulting, Strategic Advisory. Experience in a highly fast-paced work environment, preferably in research, consulting, or marketing/strategy Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint. Good People Management skills Ability to work across multiple industry and projects concurrently, while maintaining the highest level of quality in work,
