Job Description
- Future Gurukuls (FG) is an educational startup that helps school students learn important skills they need for the future. We set up the FG Innovation Lab in schools to teach students things like coding, robots, artificial intelligence (AI), and other 21st century skills. We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable trainer to join our team and help students learn these skills. Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to school students, implement our curriculum in FG Lab. Skill Development: Foster an environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students, equipping them with essential 21st century skills. Resource Management: Manage and maintain educational materials, tools, and equipment in the FG Innovation Lab. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, maintaining discipline and ensuring the safety of students in the Innovation Lab. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Tech, Engineering ,MCA, M.Tech, Education, or a related degree). Basic understanding of coding and Arduino related projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to implement our curriculum in a clear and understandable manner. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of different ages and skill levels.
