    Job Title: Dealer & Distribution Network Builder (B2B & B2C) State Level Company: Quinn Innovation Pvt. Ltd. Location: Karnataka Experience: 5+ Years in Channel Development Job Summary: Quinn Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Development Manager to lead and expand our dealer and distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing both B2B and B2C channels while leading a team to drive business growth. Responsibilities: Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network for nanotechnology-based surface solutions. Appoint and manage state distributors, and local dealers for B2B (industries, OEMs, infra) & B2C (retail, household, hardware). Ensure smooth supply chain operations and sales growth within the state. Build relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets. Requirements: Experience in channel sales & distribution development (preferably in coatings, chemicals, or hardware & b2b strength Strong networking, negotiation, and market expansion skills. Ability to manage large territories and drive high-value sales. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Channel Development, Dealer Development, or Distribution Management. Proven experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive business growth. Proficiency in market research and sales analytics. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.,
