Job Description

Position: Buy Side Fixed Income Analyst/ Sr Analyst (Asset Management Company)
Role :
- Will work on providing key research/ inputs on business, commercial and financial due diligence on potential Indian Fixed Income Securities (mainly Corporate Debt) to the FII
- Will also work on providing research on the Indian macro environment/ politico-economic environment
- Providing regular reports and metrics on portfolio companies to key stakeholders
- Provide analytical support to the international team on business assessment, strategic initiatives, market developments/trends as well as regulatory changes with the objective of ensuring a sustainable investment portfolio
- Work closely with global teams
- Economic, asset/company specific, or fund research and the development of an investment strategy
Requirements :
- MBA/ CA
- 3-6 years of financial services experience in Fixed Income Credit Research, preferably buy-side fixed income credit research
- Experience of working across sectors will be preferable
- Understanding of investment management as well as different investment strategies, the regulatory framework, and requirements
- Entrepreneurial attitude, willingness to think outside the box
- Exceptional problem solving skills using analysis, sound logic and judgement, evaluate alternatives and recommend workable solutions
- Good oral and written English communication skills (more languages are a plus)
