- Job Description Key Responsibilities : As IT - Data Security and Compliance role for an NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) as per RBI guidelines involves ensuring that the company's IT systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement IT Compliance : Ensure IT security standards are applied in the software development lifecycle, manage agreements and SLAs with IT partners, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Manage IT Governance : Oversee the IT governance framework, ensuring it aligns with corporate governance and supports business strategies and objectives. Information and Cyber Security : Develop and implement information security policies, conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and manage cyber incident response and recovery. IT Operations Management : Oversee the setup, configuration, and security of both physical and virtual servers, ensuring they are protected with the latest technology and managing all related security services and equipment. Business Continuity Planning : Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the company can continue operations in the event of a disruption. IT Audit and Assurance : Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and provide assurance on the effectiveness of IT controls. Third-Party Management : Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they comply with security and compliance requirements. Staff Development : Foster a cohesive team through leadership, training, and development, and drive productivity improvements through proactive management and technology-based analysis.
