- 5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Bangalore Role description Experience: 6 to 8 Years Location: Bengaluru Must-Have Skills: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Natural Language Processing (NLP) Deep Learning & Neural Networks Python Programming & Data Structures Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch Generative AI (GenAI) & Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience with model fine-tuning & prompt engineering Data preprocessing & preparation for AI models Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG Knowledge of AI model architecture, training techniques, and performance optimization Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP AI tools) Experience with AI applications in real-world projects Understanding of Agile Methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and deploy AI & NLP models using Python and deep learning frameworks. Work on GenAI applications, including text generation and NLP-based solutions. Fine-tune pre-trained models to optimize performance for specific tasks. Design and implement efficient data structures for AI model training. Craft effective prompts to enhance AI model outputs. Research and integrate RAG & GraphRAG methodologies for better AI performance. Preprocess and clean large datasets for AI/ML training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and apply best practices in model development.
