Job Description

Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Ensure all required documents, contracts, and policies are signed and maintained.

Conduct orientation sessions and introduce company policies to new employees.

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.

Handle promotions, transfers, and other employee status changes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Oversee employee offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.

Manage final settlements, relieving letters, and other exit documentation.

Identify trends in employee turnover and suggest improvements.
-
Manage relationships with external HR service providers and vendors.
-
Oversee contracts, negotiations, and service level agreements.

Ensure timely payments and quality service delivery.
