- Job Title: Senior Data Architect and Data Engineer roles, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service (Chennai, India). **Do not apply if you are not open for relocation*** Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Data Architect and Data Engineers to create and implement data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DBT, Snowflake, Python, and Azure, along with a deep understanding of Big Data and Cloud platforms. Your role will involve designing scalable data architectures that support personalized customer interactions and advanced analytics. The key responsibilities include developing and implementing data solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service using DBT, Snowflake, and Azure, while building and optimizing data pipelines to integrate 1st and 3rd-party data for business intelligence. You will design data models that improve personalized customer experiences and omnichannel engagement, ensuring compliance with data governance, security, quality standards, and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Additionally, you'll implement and manage Snowflake-based data warehousing solutions for large-scale data processing, optimize workflows using DBT, and utilize Azure cloud infrastructure for real-time analytics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business needs, supporting real-time and batch data integration, and staying current with emerging data technologies to enhance capabilities will also be essential. Qualifications: Hands-on experience in Data Architecture/ Engineering with expertise in DBT, Snowflake, and Azure. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data architecture practices. Experience designing scalable data architectures for customer analytics and marketing in Sales and Service contexts. Advanced knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure preferred) and Big Data technologies. Proficient in Python for data engineering and scripting tasks. Experience building and managing Snowflake-based data pipelines and data warehousing. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Master Data Management (MDM), and Customer 360 solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams to create scalable data solutions. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering from esteemed institutes such as IIT, BITS, and REC are highly encouraged to apply. The position is located in Chennai, India, and requires relocation from Day 1. For Data Engineer role freshers from reputed institutes such as IIT, BITS, and REC with 2-3 years of experience will also be considered. Preferred: Experience working with AI/ML models for customer analytics and personalization. Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Masters degree preferred.,
