Role Overview: Were seeking a visionary Core Technology Lead to define and drive our technical strategy across all flagship products. In this role, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO to architect our systems, develop early prototypes, and integrate our diverse technologies into a seamless, scalable ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to join a transformative project early on, with significant equity upside and the potential to evolve into a senior leadership (or co-founder) role. Key Responsibilities: Technical Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a technical roadmap that integrates our flagship solutions into a unified ecosystem. Select and implement the optimal technology stack for AKSHU-X, PrabhAR, PrabhMaps, and Prabh AI Enterprise Solutions. Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, and integration of core systems that leverage AR/VR, AI, Blockchain, and Digital Twin technologies. Build early prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate our innovative ideas. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and guide early-stage developers. Establish technical best practices, coding standards, and agile processes. Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with other early team members to ensure seamless communication between technical, product, and operational functions. Oversee the integration of our intelligent operational bots to streamline key processes. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in designing and architecting complex, scalable software systems. Strong background in AR/VR development frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore). Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and full stack development. Familiarity with blockchain development, smart contracts, and tokenomics is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
