We are seeking a dynamic KYC Manager to lead our compliance efforts, ensuring seamless onboarding and due diligence in line with AML/KYC regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage KYC processes for crypto and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with AML regulations. - Develop and implement risk-based customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) strategies. - Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal teams to stay updated on evolving crypto compliance standards. - Utilize advanced KYC tools and blockchain analytics to detect potential fraud and financial crimes. - Understanding of end to end KYC process and managing its screening part vigilantly. - Training team as per requirement. - Knowledge of KYC verification and ID Proofs knowledge are plus points and preferred - Conduct periodic audits and training sessions for internal teams to uphold regulatory best practices. - Ensure adherence to RBI, FIU, and global AML guidelines, leveraging IIBF AML/KYC certification expertise. Qualifications & Skills: - IBF Certification in AML/KYC A must! - 3+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance, preferably in a crypto or fintech environment. - Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto transactions, and financial regulations. - Proficiency in compliance software, risk assessment tools, and digital KYC platforms. - Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to liaise with legal, compliance, and risk teams for effective governance.
