Job Description

Role Description- As a Guest Outreach Associate (Intern), you will play a key role in curating and connecting with high-profile guests for our finance podcast & YouTube channel. Your main responsibility will be to identify and onboard industry experts, influencers, and professionals who can add value to our content. Responsibilities- Research and shortlist potential guests for our YouTube videos and podcast. Conduct in-depth background research on guests to understand their expertise. Get on introductory calls with guests to discuss their story and relevance to our content. Coordinate and schedule recordings, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Stay updated on the latest crypto & finance trends to identify relevant speakers. Qualifications- Education: No specific degree required, but backgrounds in Journalism, Mass Communication, Finance, or related fields are a plus. Crypto & Finance Knowledge: Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial markets. YouTube Consumer: Must be an active YouTube watcher, especially of podcasts and finance/crypto content. Research Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and shortlist high-value guests based on content relevance. Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with guests over calls and building relationships. Organisational Skills: Ability to schedule, coordinate, and ensure smooth onboarding of guests. Self-Motivated: Can work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision. Stipend & Opportunity- 20,000 per month (internship for 2 months).
