- Social Media & Community Manager ( Web3 SocialFi Platform) We are developing a SocialFi platform where influencers and individuals launch their own social tokens. Users can trade, engage, and complete tasks to earn within a decentralized social economy. We are looking for a Community & Social Media Manager to build, manage, and grow our community across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other social platforms. Responsibilities: Engage and grow our community across Discord, Telegram, Reddit and Twitter etc. Moderate discussions, answer user queries, and foster a sense of belonging. Create polls, AMAs, contests, and events to drive engagement. Craft engaging social media posts, memes, and updates to boost virality. Collaborate with influencers, Key opinion Leaders, and Web3 communities for expansion. Track community feedback and share insights with the product team. Manage announcements & product updates to keep users informed. Assist in launching referral programs, token rewards, and airdrops. Guide new users on how to use the platform, explain token utilities, and address onboarding issues. Track engagement, community growth, and sentiment to provide insights for improvement. Address FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) and negative sentiment proactively to maintain a positive community vibe. Create short guides, FAQs, or explainer posts to help users understand SocialFi and your platforms features. Requirements: Experience managing Web3 or crypto communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter etc.). Strong knowledge of crypto culture, tokenomics, and community-driven projects. Passion for meme culture, Twitter trends, and viral engagement. Ability to build relationships with influencers and early adopters. Familiarity with Reddit, Farcaster, and decentralized social networks Strong understanding of growth hacking strategies to drive viral engagement in Web3 communities Familiarity with AI tools for social media management, automation, and content creation. understanding of crypto or NFT communities, token incentives, and governance models or willing to learn. Willingness to learn about Web3, SocialFi, crypto, blockchain, Web3 communities, tokenomics, airdrop strategies, and other related concepts.
