About the Role We are looking for a ML/AI Robotics intern to help in developing robust and fast solutions for our robot perception. The ideal candidate will be experienced in robotics software development and deep learning models used for robotics related applications. Youll be part of our machine learning team and collaborate closely with our global team as we build our autonomous robot platform. The duration of the internship will be 6 months initially, with a possibility of a potential full-time position based on performance. Requirements & Skills Final year of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Strong background in C++ and Python programming skills with an in-depth understanding of ROS fundamentals. Strong background in the background in Computer Vision and 3D geometry, knowledge of perception systems. Strong background in deploying ML models on edge devices, and low-compute environments. Strong background in deep learning and computer vision. Prior experience in training and deploying ML models for semantic segmentation, object detection, and image classification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Technical/Mathematical Knowledge. Can collaborate well with remote and global teams Responsibilities Development of robotics software involving perception, navigation, and robot control Maintaining and improving the existing dataset and model used for robot software. System architecture integration, testing, and validation of software and robot platform Performing model optimization and pruning to enable inference on edge devices. Benefits 1.
