- Location: Ahmedabad, India Salary: as per industry standards Job Description: Unique MEP Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Automatic Machine Operator/ Robotic Operator to handle and operate SCADA and PLC-controlled automated machines/ robotic machines in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Yaskawa robots, plasma cutting, laser cutting, and MIG welding, along with experience in servo motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor SCADA and PLC-based automated machines/ robotic machines. Work with Yaskawa robotic systems for welding, cutting, and material handling. Perform plasma cutting, laser cutting, and MIG welding as per production requirements. Troubleshoot machine faults, alarms, servo motor errors, and control system issues. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of servo motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Adjust and fine-tune servo-driven systems, pneumatic actuators, and hydraulic components for optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to enhance machine performance and efficiency. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. 3+ years of experience operating SCADA/PLC-based automated machines/ robotic machines. Hands-on experience with Yaskawa robots, plasma cutting, laser cutting, MIG welding. Strong knowledge of servo motors, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, pneumatic/hydraulic schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision. Understanding of industrial automation, motion control, and safety standards. Preferred Skills: Experience with robot programming and PLC troubleshooting.
