Purpose of the role: The objective of this role is to ensure to add identified & synergistic products to our portfolio through strategic partnerships. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: New Products Ideation: Work closely with Medical, Commex, Commercial, BD, SCM, R&D teams to put together the New Products of interest Building External alliances: Identify external partners and build relationships Co-ordination with Internal stakeholders: Working with the BSV internal teams and managing the process to facilitate the assessment and decision making. On-boarding Desired products through Negotiations to achieve BSV requirements Contribution to overall P&L by successfully launching of the products in the market Competencies: A team player with ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Problem Solving and Communication skills Excellent quantitative and analytical skills Ability to solve complex business problems and deal with ambiguity Drive to create an innovative, sustainable, productive and connected future Commitment to excellence, ensuring objectives are met and delivered on-time Requisite for the role: 10+ years of experience in business development within pharma industry Expertise in building new strategic partnerships and in-licensing opportunities Whats in it for you: An opportunity to work closely with the leadership teams and to provide directional inputs to introduce new products and contribute to the overall P&L.,
