We are in need of a candidates who is working in Beauty/ Cosmetic company and handling Salon, Parlors & beauty cartersonly not BA (Beauty Adviser). Details below,

Designation:Business Development Executive/ Manager

Experience: minimum 3 yrs in Beauty industry

CTC: upto 35,000/- per month

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities and Duties

• Well versed in distributor handling as well as distributor sales man.
• Maintain the primary and secondary stock of distributor and help them in achieving targets.
• To lead a team, visit the retail counters, beauty centers and parlors to promote the product.
• Mapping & analyzing business potential, identifying new profitable products and product lines.
• Overseeing marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized profitability.
• Use a variety of methods and processes to understand the market, customers, competitors, our own position and trends.
• Responsible to coordinate the annual strategic planning process in assigned area.

Requirements:
Those from Personal Care/Skin & Hair Care Products Background.
Handling Salons, Parlors and Beauty center.
