Job Title: Part-Time Mainframe Admin Trainer (Freelance) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mainframe Admin Trainer to deliver high-quality training on Mainframe Administration. This is a freelance, part-time role offering flexible working hours. The trainer will be responsible for providing training sessions, guiding learners through the syllabus, and helping them acquire necessary Mainframe Administration skills. Responsibilities: Deliver Mainframe Admin training sessions on a part-time basis. Provide high-quality lessons that cover key topics in Mainframe Administration, ensuring students grasp the concepts thoroughly. Conduct sessions during weekdays (1 hour/day) and weekends (2 hours/day). Tailor the training experience to meet the individual needs of students, providing support and answering questions as needed. Ensure that the training syllabus (30-40 hours) is completed within the allocated time frame. Prepare materials and resources required for training. Track and assess student progress, providing feedback where necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven expertise in Mainframe Administration. Strong experience in training or teaching complex technical concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical content in a simple and clear manner. Availability to work part-time (1 hour per day on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends). Familiarity with Mainframe systems, tools, and processes is a must. Ability to adjust the pace and style of training based on learner needs. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in online or remote training. Relevant certifications in Mainframe or IT administration.
