- Tax Deputy Manager 1120 Corporate Tax (Mumbai, India) Company: EisnerAmper Location: Mumbai (Onsite) Goregaon East, Nesco - 400063 Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days a week for Staff to Manager, 5 days for Senior Manager to Director; Monday & Friday mandatory) Work Hours: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM (subject to business needs, including peak periods) About EisnerAmper EisnerAmper is one of the largest and fastest-growing accounting, tax, and advisory firms, recognized as a top workplace. Role Overview We are seeking a Tax Deputy Manager to join our 1120 Corporate Tax practice in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver 1120 Corporate tax services, ensuring compliance with US tax regulations. Review and manage tax returns and supporting work papers per US tax laws. Build client relationships, providing expert tax planning and consultation. Identify and resolve tax issues while collaborating with US counterparts. Utilize advanced technology and electronic office tools to enhance efficiency. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in US/global taxation with hands-on experience in Form 1120. Skills: Strong reviewing and preparation experience (pure state tax background is not applicable). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stability: Candidates must demonstrate a stable employment history (no frequent job changes). Location: Open to candidates from Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad (must reside within a 1-hour commute). Preferred Qualifications Certifications: CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent (preferred). Industry Experience: Background in Big 4 or CPA firms is a plus. Client Exposure: Experience working with financial services clients. Additional Information Interview Mode: In-person Travel Time: Candidates should be within a 1-hour commute from the office.
