Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and motivated Python AIML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI and machine learning models. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving data processing, predictive modeling, and intelligent system development. Key Responsibilities: Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python. Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability. Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets from various sources. Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance. AI System Development: Build end-to-end AI solutions, including model deployment and monitoring. Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into existing systems or new applications. Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies. Experiment with novel techniques to solve complex business challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries (NumPy,Django, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like Keras or PyTorch. Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems (Git). Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development. Hands-on experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow. Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy principles.
