Job Description

    Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer inquiries. Basic computer proficiency. Customer service orientation with a focus on providing positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Initiate outbound calls for pitching the inward/outward remittances, follow-ups and promotional offers. Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product information, transaction inquiries, and other general queries. Actively listen to customer concerns and identify their needs to provide appropriate solutions. Data Management: Maintain detailed call logs and reports as per company standards. Accurately record customer details, interactions, and issue resolutions. Update customer accounts with relevant information and ensure data integrity. Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the company's product line, features, pricing, and policies to accurately answer customer questions. Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and service changes. Compliance and Quality: Adhere to established call center protocols, scripts, and quality standards. Monitor performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and adherence to guidelines. Participate in regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement. Escalation and Collaboration: Identify complex issues that require escalation to superiors. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
