We're Hiring: CNC OPERATOR Location: Viyoma Computer Aided Mfg. Pvt. Ltd., Plot No: 37, SIPCOT II Phase, Krishnagiri Road, Hosur - 635109, Tamilnadu Company Profile Viyoma Computer Aided Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. offers on-demand precision CNC manufacturing services to global firms such as Caterpillar, Sandvik, Atlas Copco, Weg, Mokveld, Alstom, and many others. We serve general engineering, energy, oil and gas, industrial machinery, transportation, and adjacent sectors. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines as per standard procedures and instructions. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Load raw materials and set up tools for machining operations. Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure precision. Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Maintain records of production and report deviations or issues to the supervisor. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Participate in training and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent. Basic knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and machining operations. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
