About the Role: As a Content curation & co-creations Specialist at Bloombloom, you will be responsible for ensuring the standardization, quality and relevance of all programs published on our platform. Your role will involve managing the co-curation process, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and overseeing the standardization and rating of programs, educators, and mentors. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our content to meet the highest standards of educational excellence. You will be pivotal in acquiring, managing, and developing educational and employment content for our platform. You will collaborate with producers, authors, and other stakeholders to create and pre-publish content across various program types. Your role includes assisting stakeholders, ensuring historical programs are effectively pre-published, and driving the creation of new content. Co-creation involves creating content collaboratively with onboarded stakeholders, managing steps such as initiation, and authoring, and eventually taking it to the pre-publish stage using the bloombloom platform before handing it over to the curation team. What You'll Do: Content Co-Creation: Collaborate with local/B-HUB production specialists to onboard stakeholders, develop Bloombloom Originals, and co-create high-quality content with educators, mentors, and producers. Content Acquisition & Support: Acquire content from independent producers, authors, and educators while providing necessary support during the creation process. Program Curation & Approval: Research industry needs, curates, standardize, and rate programs for quality and relevance. Ensure all programs undergo a co-curation process and are approved before being published. Stakeholder Engagement: Onboard and engage companies, communities, startups, and experts to co-curate programs. Work with remote teams and ensure B-HUB programs complete co-curation before publishing. Content Development & Enhancement: Continuously refine learning programs to meet industry standards and engage learners. Ensure programs are impactful, up-to-date, and embody the "Bloom vibe." Collaboration & Campaigns: Partner with the marketing team to run campaigns that generate content and inventory while facilitating co-curation with stakeholders. Quality Control & Recognition: Evaluate and rate educators and sessions. Manage assessments, certifications, and leaderboards to recognize achievement What You'll Need: Educational Background & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Content Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in content curation, education management, or a similar role. They should possess a strong understanding of content standardization, industry needs, and educational trends. (Experience may not matter for the right candidates) Stakeholder Engagement & Community Management: Expertise in managing relationships with stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporates, and experts, while fostering collaboration and community growth. Content Creation & Quality Assurance: Proficient in content research, writing, editing, curation, and standardization to meet industry standards, with a strong focus on quality assurance. Strategic Decision-Making & Adaptability: Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt content strategies to evolving industry needs and incorporate global perspectives. Remote Team Management & Analytical Skills: Proven experience managing remote teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, and strong analytical skills to assess metrics and improve processes.
