    Key Account Manager Designation: Key Account Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 2-5 Years Education: Bachelors Degree (Masters Preferred) Language Requirement: Proficiency in Telugu and Kannada is mandatory Job Description: We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site role where the individual will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue. Create and execute business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. Client Relationship & Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met. Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any client issues or concerns. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and revenue. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure profitable business outcomes. Market & Industry Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use analytical skills to identify business opportunities and optimize sales performance. Prepare reports and insights on account performance, revenue trends, and client feedback. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients. Provide insights and feedback to enhance customer experience and product offerings. Support other team members and contribute to the overall success of the business. Industry Experience: Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.,
