Job Description

Job purpose :
- The Team Lead will be responsible for development and execution of the sales and service strategies for the company.
- The strategies should support the business segment's aggressive and transformative growth phase.
Main Accountabilities :
- Design and execute the strategy to meet the sales and service objectives for the instrument portfolio for the company
- Continue to strengthen the product portfolio through the right pricing strategy and introduction of new, innovative products with the right GTM strategy.
- Market mapping and identifying new opportunities - product/geography
- Work in close coordination with the Global team
- Lead a VTS service team based out of India
Dimensions :
Reports to : Commercial Head
Direct Reportees : Team of 3
Job Specifications :
Education :
- Graduation (Bachelors in Optometry preferred)
- MBA in general principle will be given preference
Experience :
- Overall experience of 4+years preferably in Medical Devices/ Equipment
- 4+ years of experience leading a team at a national level
