Job Description
- A F&B service steward is responsible for providing excellent guest service in hotels or restaurants, including greeting guests, setting and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Welcoming and seating guests. Taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Ensuring tables are clean and set appropriately. Addressing guest inquiries and needs in a friendly and professional manner. Clearing used dishes and setting up tables for the next guests. Operations: Maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Restocking supplies as needed. Assisting with other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
