Job Description

My client is a leading FinTech firm. They have created a unique platform to solve the problem of unemployability by getting people ready for jobs. They have been operating for the last 4+ years and have been very successful.

You will be responsibilities for :

Technology :

- Responsible for leading the engineering team of the company for planning and implementing all product developments (internal and public facing), Design and development of platform infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.

- Some other responsibilities include planning dev sprints, code reviews and planning innovations in engineering on frontend, backend and deployment architecture.

Product :

- Responsible for coming with product plans to innovate the product further and solve various business problems.

- Also responsible for preparing the final concept documentation of every product innovation and coordinating with all the departments to bring it live in action.

Important to have : One Stack, Dev Ops, Microservices.

Experience :

- 8 to 12 years into javascript based product architecture & development into web & mobile products.

- Mandatory technology stacks- Reactjs, Nodejs, React native, MongoDB, Firebase, Google cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Devops knowledge.

- Should have progressed from javascript developer role to engineering manager to AVP/VP currently in a product based startup

- edtech industry preferred

- Should have hired, scaled up and managed a team of 15-20 developers, QAs, Devops
