Job Description

Responsibilities Coding and Development Productivity and Efficiency and Quality assurance Code Maintenance Adherence to Software Development Lifecycle: -Follow established software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and company- specific processes. -Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives as required by the team's methodology. Problem Solving: - Analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Learning and Growth: - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. -Seek opportunities for skill development and attend relevant training or courses. . Skills and qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in the backend. Must have skills- Data Structure, Algorithm, and Experience with any Database system. Preferred Skills- Nodejs, NoSQL and Cloud-based Systems. Strong Problem Solving,
