- Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced AI and Analytics Specialist Developer The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence generative AI and analytics with hands on experience in implementing real world use cases Candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to develop and deploy AI solutions that enhance our platform and services Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement AI Solutions Design develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency Generative AI Projects Work on generative AI projects including natural language processing NLP computer vision and other related areas Data Analysis and Insights Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data driven decision making Collaborate with Teams Work closely with product owners data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into platform and services Research and Innovation Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and analytics and apply innovative techniques to enhance our capabilities Performance Monitoring Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and continuously improve them based on feedback and new data Documentation and Reporting Document processes methodologies and results and present findings to stakeholders Technical Requirements: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Experience with AI frameworks and libraries e g TensorFlow PyTorch Keras Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods Hands on experience with data preprocessing fine tuning feature engineering and model evaluation Analytical Skills Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets Additional Responsibilities: Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI generative AI and analytics Preferred Skills: Technology->Artificial Intelligence->Artificial Intelligence - ALL,Technology->Machine Learning->H2O,Technology->Machine Learning->NLP-Speech Analytics,Technology->Machine Learning->Python,
