- We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in PHP, Yii2 framework, and MySQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless database interactions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend services using PHP and Yii2 framework. Design and optimize database structures and queries in MySQL for performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Implement security best practices to protect data and applications. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver complete solutions. Perform code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows. Maintain documentation for code, database structures, and API endpoints. Requirements: Strong experience in PHP and Yii2 framework. Proficiency in MySQL, including database design, indexing, and query optimization. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Solid understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP). Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience with Linux/Unix servers and command-line operations. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of security practices in web development (e.g., SQL injection prevention, XSS protection). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
