The Service & Operations Management team ensures the stability, availability, and high performance of the infrastructure that serves Nokia's entire workforce and upholds the technology for almost every interaction of the company's business. You will be joining a team of highly skilled, enthusiastic, and passionate Engineers and Service Owners working in this leading-edge and constantly changing space. What you will learn and contribute to As an Enterprise IT Database Service Owner, you play a crucial role in the overall management and optimization of our database services within the organization. This role requires prior hands-on experience as a Database Administrator (DBA). The position involves knowledge in creating, managing, maintaining, and optimizing databases, ensuring data security, backups, and performance. Responsibilities may include troubleshooting issues, supporting database systems, and collaborating with our third-party vendor(s) and other teams to meet organizational service level objective (SLOs). Please note that this role is not a hands-on role to fulfill requests directly from the customers. The position also requires a balance of technical, financial, and interpersonal skills to ensure that all aspects of database management and customer service are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.,
