Job Description
- Our Customer is looking for an experienced and talented Power Automate/ RPA Developer to join their team. This role is part of the AI & Automation Practice of our client's structure. The primary responsibility of the Practice is to assist global clients in automating various business processes using RPA and other automation tools. Employees joining this team will work on both long-term and short-term projects, collaborating closely with both local and international stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate, global communication exposure, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Technical Requirements 8-12 years of experience BE/B.Tech or MSc in Computer Science. Proven experience in implementing RPA using Microsoft Power Automate (primary) and UiPath (secondary) across at least 10+ projects each. Practical experience with OCR/IDP tools (minimum of 2 projects). Strong proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements. Prior experience in .NET development. Comprehensive knowledge of the RPA project lifecycle. Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath. Skilled in creating PDDs/SDDs and providing estimations. Experience in both basic and advanced automation techniques. Familiarity with desktop automation, ERP-SAP, mainframe, and Citrix environments. Proficiency in OCR and IDP tools like Abbyy Vantage or MS Form Recognizer. Strong debugging skills for workflows and data inputs. Previous work experience in core .NET/Python development (minimum 1-2 years). Solid understanding of RPA orchestration, Admin Center, queues, and infrastructure. Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform tools and Azure services is advantageous. Experience with Agile-Scrum methodologies and Jira tool. Excellent planning and time management capabilities. Ability to mentor junior team members and conduct peer reviews. Analytical mindset with logical thinking abilities. A mindset for continuous learning, adaptability, and being a strong team player. Readiness to quickly learn and work with new tools and technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities. Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Previous experience working with global teams, especially in Europe, is an added advantage.,
