Job Description
- Sales Operations & Performance Management:
- Analyze sales performance metrics, assist with forecasting, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and sales impact.
- Excel & Data Management:
- Develop advanced Excel reports with formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Automate sales data reporting to improve efficiency.
- KPI & Business Reporting:
- Define and track KPIs for sales, marketing, and operations.
- Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and business growth.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the point of contact between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- System & Process Optimization:
- Work with IT to optimize reporting systems, dashboards, and workflows.
- Ensure smooth data integration across systems.
- Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Experience in sales operations and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
