Position : Quality Analyst Experience :2+ Years No.of Seats : 2 Location : Madurai Job Responsibilities: Analyze requirements, design test plans, and develop test cases to ensure software quality. Execute test cases manually to identify defects and verify product functionality. Document and track software defects, collaborating with development and design teams to resolve issues. Perform regression and smoke testing, maintain and update test scripts as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide regular updates on testing progress. Prepare test execution reports and provide insights on product stability and performance. Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements. Qualifications and Skills: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing. Familiarity with Blockchain concepts is an advantage. Proficient in manual testing with basic knowledge of automation tools (such as Selenium, Postman, etc.). Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Hands-on experience in creating and executing test plans, writing test cases, and tracking defects. Knowledge of testing web and mobile applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications in software testing are a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
