- Job Description : We are seeking a talented and experienced ML AI Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and software engineering. This role will involve working on OCR (Optical Character Recognition), large language models (LLMs), and large model inference. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and creating impactful solutions, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ML/AI models and algorithms for various applications. Optimize and deploy large model inference pipelines to ensure high performance and scalability. Work on improving the efficiency and accuracy of large-scale inference tasks. Work on OCR projects, improving text recognition accuracy and efficiency. Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for diverse use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML/AI solutions into existing products and services. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software. Document and communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). Proven experience working on OCR projects and improving text recognition systems. Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). Expertise in developing and optimizing large model inference pipelines. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Mistral, Meditron, Hugging Face). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying ML models in production environments.
