- Role - Lead Machine Learning Engineer Experience -5+ years Location - Gurgaon Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Together with the CTO, define and lead the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and improvement. Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Technical Expertise: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models, with a focus on NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs. Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions effectively into products and services. Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and technology. Evaluate and incorporate new methodologies and tools to enhance our AI capabilities. Scalability and Efficiency: Ensure that AI models and solutions are scalable, efficient, and can be seamlessly integrated into client systems. Requirements: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with significant experience in AI and machine learning. 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a robust portfolio in NLP, CV, Generative AI, and LLM. Deep expertise in advanced AI technologies, including Retrieval Augmented Generation, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs. Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. Exceptional programming skills in Python and proficiency with advanced machine learning frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Experience in managing large-scale AI projects and delivering impactful solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
