About the Role: Lead large-scale outreach for a government-powered skilling and employment initiative aimed at creating 2 crore jobs. As Campaign Manager Mass Outreach, you'll design and execute campaigns to mobilize job seekers, institutions, and employers across India. 

 Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and run mass outreach campaigns (on-ground & digital) to drive platform adoption. 

- Engage with schools, colleges, skilling centers, and local communities for registrations. 

- Collaborate on media, social, and influencer-led campaigns for broader impact. 

- Monitor outreach progress, analyze results, and optimize strategy for scale. 

 Who Should Apply  

6-10 years in campaigns, mobilization, or outreach initiatives. 

Hands-on experience in high-volume awareness programs. 

Strong execution, coordination, and communication skills. 

Exposure to skilling, education, or government projects is a plus.
