Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using LLMs, and latest data science technologies. Understand Business problems and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems Assist in the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Support the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to enhance various aspects of insurance operations. Contribute to the creation of data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and storage. Participate in the research and evaluation of emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve our solutions and stay ahead of industry trends. Lead and mentor team members, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget Technical Qualifications: Ph.D. in data Science or Msc (Maths/Statistics) with 3+ years experience Formal training & certification in data science/AI/ML is required Strong enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications. Good understanding of data science concepts, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.,
