Position Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and focus on expanding our services in Mobile App Development, AI/ML, and Blockchain. With the support of a dedicated marketing team generating leads, your primary role will be to engage potential clients, nurture relationships, and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Conversion: Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on qualified leads and convert them into clients.Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their project needs.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations that address client objectives. Market Research and Strategy Development: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in mobile app development, AI/ML, and blockchain spaces. Suggest new areas of focus to the marketing team based on industry insights and market demand. Collaboration and Project Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless transition from client onboarding to project execution. Serve as a key contact during the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction. Revenue Growth and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through client engagement and deal closures. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients based on their needs. Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and client interactions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client details, and project outcomes in CRM tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven success in business development or sales, ideally in the IT industry (mobile app, AI/ML, blockchain). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-focused solutions. Experience with CRM tools and reporting systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with SaaS, AI-based, or blockchain-driven applications. Familiarity with lead conversion strategies and client relationship management.
